Christmas Returns Policy

Lovell Soccer offers a special Christmas Returns Policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with any products bought as Christmas Gifts from this website after the 1st of November 2011, you may return them to us up until the 15th of January 2012 for an exchange or refund provided that the products are returned to us in their original condition and carefully packaged. Please ensure to quote your order number on all correspondence.

Please Note: When returning items for exchange, an additional postage charge will be required to re-send the exchanged item. When returning an item for a refund we are unable to reimburse the return postage charge.

Nothing in this Returns Policy affects any statutory rights you may have as a consumer.
