Made by Adidas, from 100% polyester, the Liverpool FC Third 2011/12 Football Shirt is a refreshing white design complemented by touches of sky blue and black over the shirt.
Across the front of the shirt, the Liverpool crest takes pride of place and has been enhanced in tribute to the 1989 Hillsborough tragedy. The Adidas stacked logo is stitched onto the right chest whilst the three stripes run down the short sleeves. Across the centre of the shirt, the Standard Chartered sponsor is printed in sky blue and grey.
For optimum performance and comfort, Adidas utilises ClimaCoolŪ technology to keep you cool and dry where your body needs it. This is made possible by ventilation panels under the arms and over the shoulders as well as an overall lightweight fit across the shirt.
Despite inconsistent league form throughout the 2011-12 season, Liverpool have proven much more successful in the cup competitions, claiming the League Cup and reaching the FA Cup Final.
This is a replica of the Liverpool football shirt as worn by the likes of Steven Gerrard, Dirk Kuyt and Luis Suarez.
